OK Court, just stirring you, but I suspect that the old CPI gear could put up a good fight specifications wise and ease of use :roll:

What would be a better comparison would be between the CPI and Stoner Pro 40. As good as the CPI products were i don't think they could hold a candle to the Stoner. Just my 2 cents worth.

Worked a lot of OS DX on an old Uniden 2020 that had 11m left over from the orig ham allocations on the dial.

Not saying its better than any other rig but it sure pulled in the signals and worked what it could hear!
